Here's what
you need:
Soak breadcrumbs in half and half about 5 minutes. In a bowl thoroughly mix beef, onion, cinnamon, cloves, egg, salt, currants and toasted pione nuts. Then mix in soaked breadcrumbs. With wet hands, shape mixture into meatballs. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet. Add as man meatballs as will fit without crowding. Cook, turning as needed, until well browned on all sides and cooked through. |
